- Monitoring Market Changes: New listings/Sold listings
- Preparing Bi-Weekly Marketing Report for the Seller
- Updating Price , Photos, Status in MLS
- Creating ‘Just Reduced’ & ‘Price Change’ Flyers

- Uploading all Documents & Disclosures in CRM
- Submiting Docs to Market Center Admin
- Co-ordinating with Title Company
- Requesting HOA Documents

- Analyzing Competitors Strategies
- Enhancing Online Presence of the Brokerage
